近年始终少有机会看到海旺的油画原作,但我还清晰记得十年前在天津美院汲成先生主办的那届油画高级研修班上海旺的一批作品,作品里充满了表现性风格的激情,既有狂野的笔触,又有形式的力度与画面的张力。那时的海旺,以及班上的其他学友,都正值盛壮之年,可以说是野心勃勃,某中蓄势待发的激烈之情,也就自然而然地宣泄在画布上,画面上时常回荡着耨中不安的戏剧化气息。
 
海旺近些年的作品,无论是人体,静物,还是风景,内容与题材的变化与尝试,或许能够体现其心境的变化,视角的转移,但画面中不变的是其内在激情的显现,很显然,海旺的绘画核心在于油画刀笔的运动,在任何一张他的作品里,激烈的刀笔运动之后留下的痕迹,成为油画的主宰,以至于具有了某种侵略性和否定性的价值,进而导致某种自由的、非逻辑的偶然性的效果。这样一来,海旺的画就不可能拘泥于任何的内容与对象,或即定的规则与逻辑,形式与内容仅仅为保持创作的过程和结果的整体性而服务。题材的预设性与绘画过程的偶然性,相互碰撞导致一种鲜活生动的效果。在海旺的一系列人体作品中表现的最为充分,人体的优美与典雅被反复运动的刀笔运动所覆盖撕裂。绘画的再现价值已荡然无存,而主观的情绪与冲动,却与形和色产生着内在的共鸣,海旺的内在感知得以迸发。
 
近几年海旺的作品,透露出某种新的迹象,就是他在试图收敛这种激情的释放,这在他一系列表现菏塘的作品中能够看出明显的端倪。这或许是年龄的关系,理智与情感在寻求某种自然的和谐与平衡,这种变化轨迹,是自然规律,也是艺术规律。他的画里释放出的更多的是松弛和自由,而少了躁动与紧张。多了些缜密与规律,少了些狂放与杂乱。我们很难评价这是好是坏,因为这都是真实的海旺,作为老同学,我即喜欢哪个十年前眼睛里常常闪现着野兽般光芒的海旺同样也喜欢现在常常更多带有温和微笑的海旺。

When Haiwang and the other classmates all are very young, It can be said to be ambitious. some were ready to intense feelings, and the passion automatically painted on the canvas. picture often disturbing drama which resonated with desired flavor.
    In Haiwang's recent works, both human and still life or landscape, and attempt to change the subject and content. This may reflect his mood changes perspective, but the picture has not changed is its inherent passion obviously, The core of Haiwang's oil painting is a painting scraper and brush movement, in any of his works, fierce campaign after the knife left at the scene, as the master of painting, The result is a kind of aggressive and negative values, which led to some kind of freedom. no logic chance effect. As a result, Haiwang's paintings and the contents can not be subject to any object, the rules or the logic. form and content just served to keep the creative process and results of the overall property. This is good or bad is difficult to evaluate because it is true Haiwang.as an old classmate, I like that Haiwang when 10 years ago, often pop eyes shine ,I also enjoy today's  with a modest smile.
